My DND was broken few times. When I complaint to general manager he excused the staff that they are well intention human. I challenged back that DND should be respected and there is no excuse for that.
The general manager refer my complaint to Assistant Coach, Guest Assistance – International Operations. The letter they sent appear to be threatening us to never to complain again. The guy said he put us on a central database to monitor us.
Have you come across this before, what shall we do?
