Hilton Brand Distribution
Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn hotels represent roughly 55% of all Hilton-affiliated hotels. However, if you add Embassy Suites, Home2 Suites, and Homewood Suites, these five brands represent 74%.
Honors Point Distribution
It is quite interesting that three award buckets of 30K/40K/50K points per night are 77% of all hotels.

Conclusion
I rarely stay at brands that represent most Hilton hotels, although I have stayed at a couple of HGI’s and one Hampton Inn so far this year, but none of the other three.
There is a paradox of what most of these hotel chains advertise (Maldives & Bora Bora) and the reality of Hampton Inn and HGI boxes worldwide.
There is nothing wrong with selling the program with aspirational properties, but the bread and butter for Hilton are these select service cement boxes that you can drop at every corner.
