Accor has launched its Greater China 2023 Member’s Week with three offers for members in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
Accor ALL members can triple points for dining, buy an ALL Plus Premium subscription at a discount (likely ALL Plus Voyageur elsewhere), and have a chance to participate in a lucky draw.

1. Triple Points For Dining May 17 – 31, 2023
Accor ALL members can earn triple ALL points for dining at participating hotels in Greater China. Remember that you usually get just 1% of the F&B expenses back as points, now tripled to 3%.
2. ALL Plus Premium Membership Discount May 17 – 23, 2023
Accor started to sell ALL PLUS Voyager and ALL PLUS ibis memberships last month (read more here), and it seems that the Voyageur version is sold under ALL Plus Premium name in Greater China that is now discounted at 1,250 RMB (roughly 165 euros).
3. Lucky Draw
There is a lucky draw with the following prizes:
- One first prize: a 4-day-3-night limitless experience at DongFengYun Hotel Mi’Le – MGallery, including wine tasting, travel photography and many more
- Two second prizes: ALL Gold Status each
- Five third prizes: 10,000 ALL Reward points each
- Eight fourth prizes: one ALL Plus Basic Card each
The naming of these Accor’s subscription products is becoming even more confusing.
It appears that ALL PLUS ibis is marketed as ALL Plus Basic and APP PLUS Voyager as ALL Plus Premium in Greater China.
The earning of points for F&B expenses when not staying at Accor hotels is minimal. Does earning 1% of the expenses back in points sway anyone’s lunch or dinner plans?

The terms and conditions for ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership are applicable to the “3X Points Benefits for Dining” offer which is only limited to ALL members.
To enjoy the benefits, members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme should complete the dining consumptions between May 17, 2023 and May 31, 2023 at a participated Greater China hotel. This offer applies to the ALL participating hotels in Greater China. This offer is not applicable to room service, non-restaurant food and beverages, minibar, meeting and events, or food and beverages purchased at the pool bar.
These benefits are applicable to all levels of ALL members, and available at Greater China hotels participating in ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
ALL member must provide your ALL membership card number before dining, so that the hotel can award corresponding points.
To enjoy this offer, members need to pay for meals separately and inform the hotel that you need to accumulate ALL points for the dining consumption. If a member put the food and beverage consumption into the accommodation bill and settle the food and beverage consumption at check-out with room bill together, then the member will not enjoy the benefit of the offer.
For each eligible dining consumption, only one member can enjoy the corresponding Reward Points or other benefits offered by other promotional offers (if any). If more than one member had the meal together, only one of them can enjoy the corresponding Reward Points or other benefits offered by other promotion offers (if any).
If a member purchases group-buy coupons or discount coupons through a third-party platform, the member can still accumulate points for the additional payment he/she makes directly to participating restaurants or bars after deduction of the par value of such coupons.
Any catering services provided as part of a private function resulting in the payment of a deposit or where a payment is not made on the actual day of the service shall not be eligible for the Dining Offer. Members will earn one (1) point for each euro spent at participating restaurants and bars. Payment must be effective (i.e. the payment was not denied) and made directly at the participating restaurant or bar at the end of the service. Payment confirmation. A receipt confirming payment and items consumed is directly available from the staff at the bar or restaurant. In particular, this receipt is required and shall be valid against any complaints relating to the settlement of expenses paid and redeeming/earning Reward points.
After a dining consumption, the points will be credited to the member’s account twice.
The corresponding points that an ALL member ought to receive will be credited to the member’s account first;
The extra points generated will be later credited to the ALL member’s account as the second Reward Points. Then, the member will receive 3X Rewards Points in total. For instance, the ALL member will receive 500 extra Rewards Points in addition the 250 Reward Points for the eligible dining consumption, 3X Reward Points in total. ALL Rewards Points will be credited to the member’s account within 20 working days after the member checks out.
